    8-year covenant

    The covenant is a condition of the SFIA in which a private landowner agrees not to develop their land for a period of twenty years.
    20-year covenant

    The covenant is a condition of the SFIA in which a private landowner agrees not to develop their land for a period of fifty years.
    50- year covenant
